SurveyToGo SurveyToGo uses a pay-as-you-go, credit-based licensing model rather than traditional per-user or annual subscriptions. The core platform tools are free to use, and you only pay for what you consume.
Interview Credits (Core Licence)
- Pre-paid interview credit bundles are the primary licence unit — you purchase a set number of interview credits and those credits are used as you collect and upload completed interviews.
- Credits can be used across unlimited surveys, users and devices — there are no per-user or per-device fees.
- Interview packages come in various sizes (e.g. 100, 500, 1 000, 6 000, 12 000 and higher), with volume discounts as package size increases.
- Once credits are used, you simply purchase more — there are no long-term contracts or fixed subscription fees.
Optional Attachment Storage
- If your research includes photos, audio or video recordings, you may need additional attachment storage. This is an optional add-on charged based on the storage space you choose.
- Storage is typically billed separately (monthly or yearly).
Hosted or On-Premise
- SurveyToGo operates as a hosted service, so server licences are not required by default — you don’t need to maintain your own servers.
- On-premise deployments are also possible; contact sales for custom licensing details.
