If you want this document to be used instead of the original in Mathcad follow the steps below:
Navigate to the directory where you have installed Prime 5/6/7 and then Doc > en-US and locate Mathcad Prime_Keyboard_Shortcuts_en-US.pdf
Rename the original file (Mathcad_Prime_Keyboard_Shortcuts_en-US_ORIG.pdf or something).
Copy the Scandinavian pdf into that folder.
Rename that file to Mathcad_Prime_Keyboard_Shortcuts_en-US.pdf.
