Start your first NVivo project with confidence! In this 1-day course, we will demonstrate the basics and most used features in NVivo for Windows. You will learn how to create your own NVivo project, and how to import text and PDF files. Furthermore, we show how to code, write memos and attach annotations to your data.
After the course, you will know how to manoeuvre in the NVivo interface, organize your project and manage your codes. You will also learn how to save and back-up your project file and how to export a codebook. We will show you different coding techniques, how to refine your coding structure and how to review the coded references. Furthermore, we will introduce cases and classifications as vital part of your project set-up. Finally, you will learn how to explore your data by using lexical queries.
You can ask questions during the course and it is designed so that you can follow along step by step. Additionally, you will receive a recording, so that you can practice after the course at your own pace.
